Privacy Policy for Roll It
Effective date: 5 September 2026
Developer: YeetLabz
App: Roll It (com.yeetlabz.rollit)
Roll It is designed to work on your device without an account, without analytics, and without YeetLabz servers. The only information that leaves the device for YeetLabz’s product is what Google Play needs to process an optional Premium purchase.
Who we are
Roll It is made by YeetLabz. For questions about this policy, contact us at yeetlabz@gmail.com.
What the app does
Roll It is a dice-rolling app for board games and similar play. You can tap or shake to roll and choose a dice finish.
Extra finishes can be unlocked with Premium, a one-time Google Play purchase (US$1.99, or the equivalent price Google Play shows in your country). Premium is not a subscription. The app works without it.
No accounts, no analytics, no YeetLabz servers
YeetLabz does not:
- Ask you to sign in or create an account
- Run analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting services
- Operate a backend or database for Roll It
- Collect, sell, or share personal information for our own use
We do not receive your name, email, payment card number, or Google Play password.
Information stored only on your device
The app keeps a small set of settings in the app’s private storage on the device (Android SharedPreferences), for example:
- Selected dice finish
- Shake to roll on or off
- Keep screen on or off
- Whether Premium finishes are unlocked
- Whether the first-run help screen has been shown
YeetLabz cannot see this data. It stays on the device unless you back the device up. Uninstalling Roll It or clearing the app’s storage removes it from that device.
Android Backup / device transfer, if those features are enabled, may copy those local settings to your Google account or to a new device. That backup is controlled by Google and your device settings, not by a YeetLabz server.
Google Play Billing (Premium)
If you buy Premium, Google Play processes the payment. Google may collect purchase details, payment method information, and device identifiers as described in Google Play’s privacy policy.
That payment data is used only to complete and restore the purchase. YeetLabz does not store it.
Roll It talks to Google Play only to:
- Show the price Google Play returns for the one-time
premiumproduct - Start the Play purchase flow
- Learn whether that product is already owned (including after reinstall)
- Acknowledge a completed purchase so Play can finish the transaction
The app then stores a local unlock flag on the device so extra finishes stay available offline. Refunds and purchase history are handled by Google Play, not by YeetLabz.
Information we do not collect
YeetLabz does not collect, sell, or share:
- Names, emails, or other contact details
- Precise or approximate location
- Photos, contacts, or files
- Advertising identifiers (the app has no ads)
- Analytics events, usage tracking, or crash reports that we operate
Permissions and sensors
- Vibrate. Used for a short haptic pulse when a roll lands.
- Internet and network state. Added by the Google Play Billing library so the app can talk to Google Play for purchases and restore. YeetLabz does not run its own network backend for Roll It.
- Accelerometer. Used only when Shake to roll is turned on, to detect a shake on the device. Motion data is processed on the device and is not sent to YeetLabz.
Children
Roll It is a general-audience dice app. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app is not directed at children under 13 as an online service, because YeetLabz does not collect personal data.
Data retention and deletion
Local settings remain until you clear the app’s storage, uninstall the app, or change the setting.
If you purchased Premium, Google Play remains the record of that purchase. Installing Roll It again from Play on the same Google account should restore Premium after the app talks to Play. To manage or request deletion of Play purchase records, use your Google account tools.
Because we do not hold an account or a copy of your settings, there is no YeetLabz account to delete. To remove local data, uninstall the app or clear its storage in Android settings.
Security
Settings are stored in the app’s private storage. Purchases use Google Play’s billing services over encrypted connections operated by Google.
Changes
We may update this policy if the app’s behaviour or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will be revised. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
